Therapy for Grief & Loss, Anxiety & Substance Abuse in Winter Park, FL
Casie Muse, MA
Registered Marriage & Family Counselor Intern
Hi there! I’m Casie - a therapist who believes that who we are today is deeply shaped by where we’ve been. We don’t just wake up one day feeling anxious, stuck or disconnected - it usually goes way back. Our experiences, relationships, and environment shape who we become. I’ve had the privilege to work with women, young adults, and teenagers navigate complex trauma, substance use, grief & loss, and self-understanding. Together, we will explore not just what is happening in your life right now, but why it might feel that way, and how the patterns you’ve learned can shift toward something more fulfilling.
How I Can Help
If you’ve ever caught yourself wondering, “why do I keep ending up in the same situations?” - you’re not alone. Life has a way of repeating patterns - sometimes ones we didn’t even realize we learned. In our work together, I’ll help you slow down, make sense of where those patterns came from, and understand how your past experiences - family dynamics, environment, or relationships show up in your present. Together, we will help you grow into a version of yourself that feels more authentic to who you are now.
