Calming Tides Counseling is expanding! We're looking for a warm, grounded, and trauma-informed therapist to join our practice in Winter Park, FL. Whether you're a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (RMHCI) or a licensed clinician, we’d love to hear from you.
While our practice supports a wide range of client needs, we are especially passionate about trauma healing. We welcome therapists with varied backgrounds and clinical interests, especially those trained (or in training) in EMDR, ART, Brainspotting, or Internal Family Systems (IFS).
This is a W-2 position with the option to work in-person, hybrid, or fully in-office.
Position Details:
W-2 employee position
Caseload of 20–25 clients per week
Pay range: $50–$80 per client session, depending on licensure and experience

Requirements:
Active Florida license (or RMHCI registration)
EMDR trained or in training (preferred)
Interest or experience in trauma-informed approaches (IFS, ART, Brainspotting also welcome)
Able to hold a caseload of 20–25 clients per week
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a group setting
Open to feedback, supervision, and regular communication with the team
Willing and able to complete client notes within 48 hours
Committed to ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsive care
Willingness to participate in biweekly team meetings
